This tour combines a range of cultural and tasting discoveries unique to Adelaide.
You will go to Elder Park, a key location along the Torrens River edged by some of the most iconic buildings in the city, including Parliament House. Nearby the Migration Museum will provide you with a window to South Australia’s diverse and fascinating history and also a gateway to its promising future.
You will then visit the South Australian Museum containing the most important Aboriginal artefact collection in the world. Each showcased item is displayed in a way to immerse you in the story of the fascinating and unique Aboriginal culture and heritage and then head to the popular and bustling Central Market. You will enjoy Cheeses and ‘charcuterie’ (a range of speciality and gourmet cured meats) and some surprising products as well.
Finally, you will explore the hidden laneways and streets of Adelaide to experience some tastings beautifully presented by local artisans along the way. There are many local producers throughout the city and their passion for food, wine and beer quality is truly remarkable.
Wineries are everywhere and the selection of beers even more diverse. From surprises to pleasures, treat yourselves to this delightful journey experiencing the richness of Adelaide’s culture, history and cuisine.
