Tour description :

Adelaide would not be the same without the Adelaide Hills, a fantastic getaway waiting for you to be explored.

Your day will start with two of the most emblematic attractions of the city: the Central Market and the South Australian Museum. In the former you will taste authentic Aboriginal culinary delights and in the latter you will contemplate the largest collection in the world of Aboriginal art and artefacts. Then it will be time to leave the city and head for the Adelaide Hills. En route you will visit Penfolds Magill, one of the oldest wineries in the country which produces Australia’s most famous wine: The Grange.

Your journey will continue along the renowned scenic roads of the Adelaide Hills winding their way towards your table laden with a gourmet lunch. Your next stop will be Hanhdorf, a small German township established in the 19th century followed by a visit to a nearby wildlife park where you will be introduced to its native inhabitants - kangaroos, koalas, reptiles and emus to name a few.

On your way back to Adelaide you will stop at the summit of Mount Lofty to enjoy the spectacular panoramic view from the skyline of Adelaide CBD to the azure blue of the western coastline.
